About us

We are specialists in the maritime and tourism sectors, with a primary focus on the construction, repair, renovation and refurbishment of boats and yachts. We combine our passion for boats, sailing and the sea with a professional approach and experience gained across Europe.

Our expertise covers the entire process – from the construction and assembly of vessels to their management, servicing, maintenance and repairs. We approach every project individually, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, safety and long-term performance.

Our activities, however, extend beyond the vessels themselves. Drawing on our experience in tourism and the organisation of maritime activities, we also provide private boat trips, exclusive events and bespoke experiences for individuals, groups and corporate clients.

Thanks to our comprehensive capabilities, we can manage the entire project from initial planning through to implementation and related services. Whether you are looking for a partner for the construction or renovation of a vessel, its ongoing management and maintenance, or you are planning a private event at sea, you can rely on our professional approach, experience and commitment to safety.

For us, the sea is not simply an environment – it is our field of expertise.
